Rosa Court Town Homes, located in the Center City area of Philadelphia, is in close proximity to the Avenue of the Arts. Rosa Court includes 17 single family homes and features a fully customized master suite with spectacular city views. We implemented a mixture of reconstructed cast stone and brick on the main facade. We also incorporated a new wood composite material to acheive a unique and vibrant appearance for the bays. The project was well recieved by the client and neighborhood community group.
