The Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia has been transforming into one of the hippest areas in the city. Mid and Hi-Rise Residential Communities, and Restaurants are sprouting up everywhere. The Northern Life Project is under construction and will be a sleek new community consisting of five town homes and twelve condominium units. Using multiple exterior cladding systems and a host of wood-like and metallic colors, this imaginative design will be the ultimate city experience. We created a sense of openness using large window areas and eight foot high gliding doors, with the benefit of private balconies. Off-street parking for each condominium unit and town home is included in both the courtyard and garage at ground level.
