The Marina Boat House is located in North Wildwood, NJ on the same site as our marina bay towers project. The exterior façade was created with horizontal colored brick bands reminiscent of waterfront light houses. The practical location gives boaters a place to shop and freshen up on the first level, while bay management keeps an eye on the waters from upstairs.
