This unique residential and commercial five-story building development is located in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. There are five residential units ranging from 1,000 to 1,600 square feet each with off street parking. We maximized the ground floor commercial space by lowering the parking deck under the rear part of the building, yet still allowed a large raised garden terrace for residential use. One of the key features that make this building truly unique is that every unit has an expansive outdoor terrace totally open to the sky. We achieved this by carefully staggering each terrace as the building steps back each floor level.
